I have also been having issues with sound distortion, static and sound disappearing. It will come and go continuously while trying to watch TV. Please help.
My Worked well for a while. Now it sounds like the base is blown in the speaker - nothing helps - all channels.
I find it ridiculous that there is no way to contact support other than this 😑😑.

Hello Mary, I don’t do anything …. The sound just changes randomly. It gets muffled low and fuzzy sounding.
