I am on my second Roku stream bar after my first one was replaced due to sound distortion. I had my second one for a little over a week, and then it too started to act up with the same distortion. I have held off on submitting a case because I wanted to try getting an updated television as the one that I had did not support arc so I had to use an optical cable. I thought that maybe not as good a connection and that could cause some distortion. I got a new TV for Christmas we just tried it out yesterday and same problem I have also tried replacing the HDMI cord.

I was loving my streambar more than life itself. Never play it loud. Bought it in September 2021. All of a sudden, it's crackling and put out a blown-speaker sound. I'm heartbroken.
