If you are experiencing an issue with distorted audio on your Roku Streambar device, can you please provide the serial number of your Roku device from Settings>System>About? I'll be able to assist you further from there.

I fixed it by setting the sound settings as follows:
1) Sound Mode- Reduce Bass. 2) Speech Clarity- OFF. 3) TREBLE AT MAX. 4) Bass Level at 1/3

Mine continues to sounds horrible no matter what I try. No one has reached out to me to help.
Wow. What kind of company does this to it's customers??? They never reach out to help. It's an obvious firmware/software issue. Guess we'll have to wait for ano6 update, to see if it will help us all.

For the last month, I've been having the same problem. I've tried power cycling several times. Factory resetting, still no change with the StreamBar having static. Please help this thing has been amazing up until now.
