Sound is crackling on lower tones and intermittently muffled
Is anyone responding to the support requests at all?
This is how it's gone for me so far:
12-10-2021 - posted here of my issue with the distortion.
14-10-2021 - response from Roku-Danny-R
14-10-2021 - initial support ticket via email (#4924204)
17-10-2021 - I initially thought the fault had gone away after a factory reset and watching some TV on the unit and responded to the request.
20-10-2021 - Speaker was distorting after watching a movie that evening so I updated the ticket.
25-10-2021 - RMA approved.
30-10-2021 - Unit shipped via ParcelForce to RMA destination.
02-11-2021 - Unit delivered and signed for at RMA destination (Exertis UK).
08-11-2021 - Email from Roku support asking if I'd received the replacement device.
08-11-2021 - I respond saying we haven't.
13-11-2021 - I again respond asking for an update on the unit and if I can have a tracking number for the shipment - awaiting reply.
If anything can be done to get any kind of response on ticket number 4924204 I'd greatly appreciate it.
