Returning Roku Wireless Soundbar - impossible
I have searched everywhere and tried to email support multiple times and it keeps telling me "oops, something went wrong on our end". To start, I tried to order a wireless soundbar - the website told me my credit card didn't work, so I tried again.... also said that one didn't work. Five minutes later, I get two confirmations of purchase. So I tried to return one right then, impossible. I receive two, have one unopened still but completely unable to locate return instructions or contact support. Someone be in touch.
