Came home to a solid orange light on the front. Unplugged it and plugged it back in, and it just goes back to solid orange. If I hold the reset button for 10 seconds, it will goto a white and then green light, but it eventually just goes back to orange and will reboot every ~3 minutes.
I own 3 of these, and the other two are working fine.
Hello! @netmagi,
Thanks for your post in the Roku Community!
We appreciate your reaching out to us regarding the orange light on your Roku Streambar Pro. We respect the troubleshooting steps you took to fix the issue, and we're glad to assist you.
For further troubleshooting, please follow the steps below
Restart your Roku Streambar Pro
In either case, your Roku device will complete a system restart and hopefully return to regular operation after a moment.
Restart your Router
Reset the network connection
After the network reset, your Roku device will restart, and you will need to return to the Settings menu to set up your wireless network again.
If the issue persists, connect your Roku Streambar Pro to another network or connect it to your mobile hotspot.
Please keep us informed about any updates; we will gladly assist you further. We are looking forward to your response.
Thanks,
Arjiemar
Thank you for your quick response.
The box has locked up in the past, but an unplug/plug of the AC cord resolved it in the past.
The streambar is powered with the C7 2-prong AC power cord that was included with the streambar.
The streambar is connected to a samsung TV via HDMI. I have also tried connecting it to an HDMI monitor with no change in behavior.
I cannot access the menu or network settings, because the device is stuck in a reboot loop. It first comes on to bouncing roku letters, it then progresses to a screen that says "Please keep your device plugged in until we finish updating, this may take a bit." After a few minutes the device restarts on its own and repeats the same cycle indefinitely.
The model number is 9101X, and the serial number is R6607C565406.
Thank you for the information,
We would be happy to investigate further, but we need further details. Can you please provide us with the following information:
Once we have this information, we can pass it along to the appropriate Roku team for further investigation.
We look forward to working with you to help resolve this issue.

Hi, thanks again for your fast response. Nothing is displayed when pressing the buttons in the order you requested. The device alternates between these two screens before it reboots itself:
The device also successfully connects to the internet during this loop as shown by these firewall states here:
