I have a new 65" Roku Pro Series TV and the system will randomly freeze with a irritating buzzing sound, then the Roku system restart/reboot. It is very random. At times we can go watch a 2 hour movie with no issues, or have it happen with a within a few minutes.
This has occurred with more than one app, on Tube TV and with gaming via HDMI.
We have a strong internet connection and I have done a system reset, yet the random freezing of the screen is still occurring.
I am hoping someone can provide suggestions or solutions. Or should I make a warranty claim?
