In this instance, we suggest trying to reboot your Roku player by navigating to your Home screen. Scroll up or down to select Settings > System > Power (skip f unavailable) > System restart. If the issue persists after performing those troubleshooting steps, kindly try to press and hold the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 30 seconds to reset it and then re-pair it right after.
