My password has an exclamation mark (!) in it, but I don't see it available on my Roku remote.

We understand you're having issues with the Roku on-screen keyboard with no exclamation symbol. May we know if you're trying to input your network password? If so, you should see symbol options on the right panel of your on-screen keyboard. If there's none, would you mind sending us a photo so we could further visualize your concern?

for me it is on disney plus. my password has an ! but when I click on the symbols button that is one of the only symbols that does not show

i figured it out! after you hit the symbols button, hit the star button in your remote and it'll show more symbols!
