So the Roku problem is not Roku's problem? I am about to get rid of all of my Rokus because of this common issue, and this is the solution? Buy another TV? Can you say "Firestick"?

Have you tried contacting the TV manufacturer to inquire further? I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their Roku OS products.

I did contact Westinghouse, and their support led me to this very site! And so I am now purchasing a Fire TV and recommending everyone I know to switch from Roku to anything but Roku because it it's faulty devices.
