There is no way to get the option to shut the display off when you're just listening to music.
The only way you get that option is when you have a moving picture. You cannot use your iHeartRadio or your Spotify because it doesn't have a moving picture so you can't shut off the display.
If I screen share and mirror YouTube onto my TV I get the option.
So all this blunt out there about it nothing works and there's no answers when it says jump to solution there is no solution to jump to.
For so much money is such a smart TV it's pretty stupid
Hi @Max3191,
Thanks for keeping in touch!
Is this a Roku TV? If so, if you haven't tried the "Fast TV Start" feature,. You can check for more information here: How to listen to music when the screen on your Roku TV is off
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks,
Rey

If you guys knew what you were doing instead of telling people what to do you would know that that feature to shut off your stupid screen while you're just listening to music does not work depending on what version of TV you have mine's a year old and I had to buy a remote that had the voice feature on it. Why do I have to have movement on my screen to shut it off what bad programming what bull**bleep**
