I believe that ROKU team is not even realizing the issue and they keep asking "What kind of issue you are experiencing". I have the same issue and by reading this forum, I am forcing myself to live with this frustrating issue. I also strongly believe that ROKU is showing a gross negligence.

Again for Mr. Danny in ROKU,

This forum has the exact posting and a screen shot. If I switch on my TCL ROKU TV and select a channel say for example Youtube, it first shows as the Youtube Loading and in few seconds the TV screen goes back to the logo screen "TCL ROKU TV". And once more I have to select the channel and then it goes. So what kind of update ROKU did on the air and why times again ROKU team is asking whatis your specific issue ??? May be I have to go back to school again !!!

Welcome to the Roku Community. 

We apologize for any frustration you may be experiencing regarding the issue you're encountering with your TCL Roku TV. In some cases, restarting the Roku TV resolves the issue they are seeing. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System restart.

If this does help, could you tell us does the issue occur when streaming on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device? Were there any recent changes on your Roku TV that may have caused this issue? Have you taken any troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem?

We'd like to look into this further but we need additional information. Keep us posted.

I have a issue with me going into the appts and it loads but right afterwards it kicks me out to the main screen

We're sorry to hear about your experience. Have you tried the suggested steps above? If you still see the issue occur, can you try to restart your router along with your Roku device and see if it helps?
