I’ve tried this multiple time and it still blacks out while audio keeps playing

We'd like to be of support here and thanks for reaching out.
Could you tell us how long have you been using this TV? In addition, where you can hear the navigation sound, try to point a flashlight on your TV and see if able to see an image.
If so, this would be a hardware issue and you'll need to get in touch with the TV manufacturer for further assistance.
