Every single time I pause my TV, whatever streaming service I am on, it rewinds it to a random part. HBO, Netflix, Hulu, Paramount. They all do it. Every single time. Its never too much, just to a random spot in the episode I am watching.
edit: To anyone else having this problem, I can’t just push play/unpause. I had to push the center OK button, or one of the arrows, then after pressing that I can resume watching no problem.
I actually just figured it out. It couldn’t just click play/unpause I need to press either the OK button or one of the arrows. Strange, but no more problems.

please help me!
Same issue has plagued us for the last few weeks. First on Paramount, now on Max. We've tried the system restart multiple times and tried to update system and apps. Nothing has worked so far.
I am also experiencing this issue.

Hi @RokuTakashi
all the channels like Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Max, YouTube etc…facing the problem.
I have tried below troubleshooting:
- Restarting,
- Factory rebooting,
- power and all the cables unplugged overnight
-Updates
All of these above I tried multiple times, but nothing worked. Still facing the same problem. It’s really frustrating. Please help!

We have 2 Ultra LT devices. We have tried resetting, updates and unplugging and resetting our WiFi. Plugging in the ethernet cord. It is happening on Max most right now. I tried doing it on Paramount and that worked fine. I have my own workaround where if I just press the 10 second back button it continues playing but I shouldn't have to do that. This is either a Roku software issue or a max app issue.
