Power Turns Off on Soundbar Pro

Jump to solution

I just purchased a soundbar pro. I connected it to my Roku TV. All went well. I also bought the subwoofer to add. When I went to add it, I lost all sound. And now the power to the sound bar does not stay on and just flashes an orange color. I age disconnected and reset but nothing seems to work. Any ideas

Hi @BamBam6614

We're glad to have you here!

I’m excited to help you with the issue you’re having with your Roku 4K TV. To get to the bottom of this, could you share a bit more info by answering these questions?

  • When did this start happening?
  • What exactly do you do when the problem pops up?
  • What’s the serial number of your TV?

While you're at it, try unplugging both the TV and soundbar for a few minutes, then plug them back into a different port.

I can’t wait to hear how it goes—good luck!

Cheers,

The Roku Community Team
