Please Help with "No Information" in Guide...

I have a 43" Roku (Onn) television and (fortunately) receive around 4 dozen OTA Channels.

I'm living in the 12801 zip code and the following channels have always reflected "no information". I'll list it by the channel number and label it reflects.

27.4 = GetTV
28.5 = WNYT-HD
28.6 = MeTV
28.7 = StartTV
28.8 = GetTV
35.3 = Charge
35.4 = Comet
35.5 = Stadium

I've received those channels for years and the TV Guide style listing always reflects "no information". Those channels also have a very strong signal as well.

The only way I know what's on is to tune to that channel and see what the broadcast provides via the TV signal itself.

The firmware is up to date (as I check for updates daily) & I also tried resetting the television twice. 1st from the menu and the other by pushing the reset button beneath the television. These always reflect the same thing.

I hope I had explained this okay via text in hopes of a resolution via the Roku Techs.

Thank you very much for your time and understanding! :-))
