Roku TV (TCL).
Starting 3 weeks ago, it was Apple TV+ first, now Peacock, MAX too: the rest of the TV works fine. Picture is fine until you start a streaming show. Show picture is degraded to super low rez or something (a form oof pixelation?) yet when you pause the play, the picture-in-a-picture pause view of that stop spot, is fine. See sample attached. What's up? I have updated apps (channels), reset the TV (not to factory), checked wifi, all report no problems. Please - what's up? I thought it was the channel (app) but now it's happening on other channels (apps). Can't watch!

Hi @SallySteps,
Welcome, and we really do appreciate you reaching us here and sharing with us additional information about this issue.
Could you tell us the steps that led you to this behavior? Do you have another device that experiences the same issue? Have you tried performing a factory reset and then trying again to see if there's any differences?
Please tell us more about this so that we can further look into this.
Thanks,
Rey
Thank you for your prompt reply and sorry for my delay. Within about 48 hours after asking in this Roku community, the problem stopped - after almost 2 months after it appeared in Apple+TV! The picture and streaming movies are working fine now on ALL channels (subscriptions). I never got a chance to review on another TV we have, w/ streaming Roku stick, so I do not know if it was a "house" problem or a provider problem. Not Wi-Fi. The factory reset did not clear the problem. So... IDK. Would be nice to know! Thanks again!
