We understand that you're having issues with the device's unstable volume. We'd love to help you with this one.
To assess the issue you've been having, may we know if the volume issue is only persistent when accessing the Hulu app? Also, have you tried performing a power cycle on your TV by unplugging your device from the power source and plugging it back in for approximately 60 seconds? Furthermore, checking your Roku remote to see if the volume button has been stuck could also be helpful.
