Hello,
I recently purchased the roku 4k tv 65PUL7973/F6 from bestbuy. My Apple Tv 4k connects (at times, but intermittent and sometimes I have to power reboot my Apple Tv to get my roku tv to recognize its on. This is the TVs fault, tested on many different TVs and monitors) but my PS4 Pro never shows as connected, except one time it did and it was all black. This is not my Apple TV or PS4 Pros fault, as I have tested this rigorously on other screens and cables, I can confirm its all good and has to be the TV.
I have updated the tv, factory reset the tv (once with wifi to install updates and once without wifi to leave it unupdated). I have unplugged the HDMI cables and plugged them back in, same with the TV power. Nothing. This is very frustrating. Please help
