- When did you start having this issue? (Was it after a software update?)
- How are you powering your TV?
- Can you send us a photo or clip of the issue?
Furthermore, have you tried performing a hard reset by locating the reset button at the back of the TV, pressing and holding it until the TV restarts? If not, we recommend that you give it a try.
