Pairing Roku TV with Roku Streambar & Wireless Bass

Jump to solution

I want to replace my Sony TV and Zyvox sound base with a Roku TV Select Series 4K (TV made by Roku-not third party) and pair it with the Roku Streambar & Wireless Bass. The plan is to bypass the TV speakers and route through the Streambar for improved sound quality.
My questions are:
1. Is this pairing possible and compatible since Roku makes both units?
2. Can this pairing arrangement be controlled with one Roku controller? (I want to avoid needing separate controllers for sound and TV).

Any advice, input, or opinions would be most appreciated.

Hi @PDQ,

Congrats on your first post in the Roku Community!

We appreciate your interest in our Roku TV Select Series and we would be more than happy to assist you with your inquiries about the Roku TV.

To answer your inquiries if the Roku TV Select Series is compatible with the Roku Streambar and Roku Wireless bass, you can definitely connect any Roku Audio device to the Roku TV Select Series to add richer, deeper bass that enhances your streaming and audio experience.

Check out the detailed articles below to browse more information about each Roku audio device and find answers to common questions.

Secondly, your Roku TV is the primary streaming device, and your Streambar or soundbar functions solely as an audio device with a remote that is not active.
