Soundbar works fine but subwoofer is not pairing with the soundbar. It turns on, blinks blue light won’t pair.

If the issue persists, please send us here the serial number of your Roku host audio device the Roku Streambar. I'll be able to pass it along to our Support team who can assist you further. To get this, go to Settings > System > About.

Absolutely nobody has ever contacted me. I have 4 pieces of garbage in my garage. I’m looking for a new soundbar from good reputation companies
