On-screen audio volume indicator does not change.

Brand new Roku TV (Model 50R4A5R) professionally installed today. When we adjusted volume, the volume did change just as we expected, BUT the volume indicator in the upper right corner of the TV did not change. It displayed an odd symbol & the number 100 which did not change. The symbol is a blue circle and inside the circle is a white rectangle, and inside the rectangle is a white dot with a white circle just underneath it. We have another TV, a TCL Roku, and it does not have this symbol, but the volume indicator works as it should. How can I get this new Roku TV to do the same.

Hi @ubgrad68,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

A photo would be really helpful for us to visualize this concern better; would you mind providing us with one? Also, based on the information, this could be a minor display glitch. That being said, have you tried unplugging and plugging the TV?

Please keep us updated so we can continue assisting.

Regards,
Janadee
