On most of the Onn RokuTV, if you look on the left hand side you should see a small hole for the reset. (above the 3.5 mm headphone jack hole which is right above the USB port and the HDMI inputs). You will see the label that says Reset (as well as the labels for the HDMI inputs, etc).
Press and hold in for 30+ seconds. (the screen will reload)
Just in case you want to try a Factory reset while waiting for the new TV to arrive.
