We are aware of an issue where some Roku devices are getting stuck in recovery mode. We believe the OS 14.1 update has addressed this issue, but it seems that some TVs aren't updating automatically.

Não estou conseguindo acessar o servidor Roku, sempre que envio o link e tento fazer o cadastro aparece na televisão o erro 001 informando que não obteve acesso ao servidor. O problema e que não aparece também.o modelo do hardware no televisor para tentar achar o software de correção .

I still don’t have the update yet for my Roku tv yet and it almost April, anyway I can get the update for my Roku tv ?
