It was last used without issue yesterday around 5 or 4 pm on Thursday 3/23/2023.

Around 9 pm Thursday 3/23/2023 was when I noticed the problem.

The issue is happening when the tv is turned on and off.

It is not happening during a content playback.

The Brand of the tv is TCL and the model is: 55S423.

Cannot get an accurate tracker ID.  I did try to use a flashlight but still nothing.

My tlc Roku tv will have a good picture when watching live tv but when you try to watch Netflix YouTube or Roku channel the screen goes black and you have to power it off and back on to see picture again I have tried the home button 5x up button once rewind 2x FF 2x reset to factory and nothing has fixed it any suggestions on what it could be I have a video of problems but can not figure how to upload it thanks Tim

I've did the reset and my screen is still black I'm getting nothing I was getting sound before but now nothing

• Is the issue popping up when you start the TV Yes
• Is the issue happening during a content playback No, after powering on TV
  
  • If so, what streaming channel?
• brand and model TV (this can be seen on the back of the TV) TCL 55S405
• Press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times to obtain a tracker ID (we are aware that this tracker ID will be unseen due to the black screen)
  • date stamp when you triggered the tracker ID 8:30PM CDT
