I just had this happen to my sons tv a couple of days ago and we’ve just left it off for sometime. We’ve tried resetting and nothing.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and we're sorry to hear about this. It might be better to contact the TV manufacturer's support directly to inquire further and let them know about the issue you're currently experiencing.
