I am also unable to open any apps (Hulu, Disney Plus, Prime Video, HBOMax, Youtube) except for netflix. 

Here is the info requested:

Mine is doing the same thing too. Hulu gives me the network error and kicks me out

I did a factory reset on my tv and not only did the reset run slow as molasses but Hulu still did not work. Still gave me network error and kicked me out very frustrating

I just had the issue again and rebooting my comcast router/modem fixed the problem again.

It's definitely a networking issue.

Thanks for the post.

We would be more than happy to look further into this issue for you.

Can you please provide us with the following information:

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
  • does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
  • tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
  • steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

Once we have this information we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate team to investigate further.

I just did a system check on my TCL tv and it reverted back from 10.5 to 10.0. After rebooting I did the check again and it is updating (reverting?) 29 apps.

I have model 3931RW-Roku Express it's saying my internet download speeds are 1(mbps) and that's when it's actually saying it's connected to the internet. Ok roku support can you tell something

Trying to apply the manual update/rollback from 10.5 to 10.0, but it's saying my tv is up to date. Multiple apps giving the "cannot connect" error.

Anyone know when/if this fix will be available?
