Same issue.
Have older 55" Hisense Roku tv which worked fine but brand new 65" one just updated software out of the box and it will NOT connect or see it even with putting in the ip

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? Have you tried rebooting your wireless network? Who is your ISP (internet service provider)? Are you able to connect your Roku TV to an alternate wireless network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if it is able to connect?
