For this matter, we recommend referring to @RokuERey's accepted solution above this thread. This appears to be an issue with the channel built itself that requires a workaround or an update by the channel providers themselves.
Channels on Roku are maintained and handled directly by the channel providers.
We hope this will be sorted out soon.
