Season 6 episode 1 of the Mentalist is showing an episode from a different season (that we've already watched).    How will we know when this issue is fixed, and do we have to do anything on our end (updated etc) to fix it?

Here's some more information on that.  When I try to open Mentalist Season 7 Episode 11, it opens Season 6 Episode 11 instead every time.
