Every few minutes I lose the sound while watching Acorntv on the Roku Channel app. The only way to get the sound back is to turn off and on all devices. Sound is restored for a few minutes then is lost again, while the show continues to play.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused with the loss of audio while streaming. Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels installed on your Roku device? When did you notice the issue occur?
Have you tried restarting your Roku device to see if it helps? We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System restart (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).

I lost the sound again on 4/8/2024 after watching a show on Peacock TV. Unplugged and plugged in all equipment before the sound would work again.
The Roku model is 3920X
