Hi @snoylr@David1982,

Welcome, and thanks for posting to the Roku Community!

We understand you're having an issue with the Roku Channel guide, and we apologize for any inconvenience it has caused.

We recommend to follow the steps provided below:

  1. Got to Home
  2. Got to Settings.
  3. Got to TV inputs
  4. Go to Live TV
  5. Go to Manage channels
  6. Click Hide streaming channels, then go back and scan for antenna channels.

For more information, visit our Support article on how to set up and watch live TV on your Roku TV system.

However, about the channel number setting in the Live TV Guide, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Channel logos in your Live TV guide.
  2. Press the * button to open the Channel Options menu.
  3. Select the "Sort channel list" setting.
  4. Choose between "As recommended by Roku" and "By Channel Number."
  5. Select your preferred option to apply the changes.

By default, this setting is "As recommended by Roku," which removes channel numbers from the Guide display. If you prefer a sequential order for the channel numbers to be displayed, select "By Channel Number."

For further information about this, you can visit our official Support article on how to find TV listings using the Live TV Channel Guide.

Also, you can try to perform a system reboot by navigating to your Home screen. Scroll up or down to select Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restarts if the issue occurs again.

We hope you find this information helpful. Feel free to keep us posted; we'll continue assisting from there.

All the best,
Chel
