We turned on the tv one day to discover white vertical lines across the entire screen. We unplugged the tv for half an hour- and it didn't fix it. My husband took off the back panel and cleaned any dust out and made sure all connections were secure. We even reset the tv to default settings and started all over again, nothing is fixing the issue and it's been like this for weeks and it's not fixing itself on its own. What happened? Do we need a new tv? It isn't that old.
