LG tv have no sound when movies are selected

Hi all, my Roku Stick 4K work’s perfectly with my Westinghouse tv. But when it is plugged in a LG tv, all movies have no sound ? 
great image but absolutely no sound. It has sound on normal tv channel but nothing at all when I switch to a movie ??? 
I tried 3 different LG tv and all 3 of them have the same issue. 
look like LG doesn’t like Roku …. 

any clues ?????

We see you're experiencing trouble with your Roku device's audio when using your LG TV. We'd be more than happy to give the best resolution to this problem. 

This could be an audio output setting on your TV that needs to be set to the correct settings, as it may also contribute to the audio quality while streaming your Roku device. To get the proper audio configuration on your TV, it would be best if you were assisted by the most knowledgeable support from the LG Manufacturer
