Hi, @Dsmith71
We would like to request additional information from you to further look into this issue closely.
Could you please provide the model numbers of all of your four speakers? Also, while pairing the speakers, do you see the option for four speakers or only two speakers?
We are waiting for your prompt response.
All the best,
Emman
I only have the two wireless speakers and the streambar. The model numbers are listed in the previous post. When attempting to pairi perform the following: Press and hold the home button for 5 seconds or select add speaker (i have done both) . It asks how many speakers 2 and 4 are listed. I select 2 speakers (I only have 2), then the next screen asks if they are front or rear. I select rear and it goes to a screen saying locating speaker 1 of 2. It never progresses past that screen until it times out and says unable to locate speakers, ensure they are plugged in etc.
Thanks for the extra details, @Dsmith71!
We'll surely forward this over to the relevant team to gain more insight into the issue you're encountering with your audio devices.
While you wait, we appreciate your patience and encourage you to stay tuned for further updates. Rest assured, we will follow up on this thread as soon as a resolution has been reached. Thank you for your understanding during this process.
Please let us know if you need more help.
All the best,
Emman
The exact thing happened to me with my subwoofer a few days ago, I’ve tried everything I’ve read in the discussions and now my soundbar cant seem to find/pair to my subwoofer!
Unfortunately they don’t have a fix for this issue. I have replaced all of my speakers with a different Bluetooth system and will likely not ever buy anything Roku again. The response to this has been horrible and quite unsatisfactory.
