This is happening with my roku tv I bought in December 2020. And it's happening while watching roku live channels.

We would be happy to look further the issue you are seeing. Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku TV brand and model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
Once we have this information we will be able to assist you further.

I'm having the same problem everything reverts back to home screen.

No particle channel or action. Happening with any app plus local live tv.

Can you please provide us with a tracker ID when this happens (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)?

Just bought the TV last month and hetting pretty fed up with this issue and customer service chat didnt help worth anything.
When trying to stream a program on many apps like Netflix or HBO Mac after the 10.0 update, the video being streamed freezes after about 30 seconds and causes the TV to reset.
