Why isn't backdrops issued yet?  You upgraded to OS13 but no issue date on it?  I specifically bought the 65" Pro series for this feature. How about a realistic update date?

Availability:

• Backdrops will be available on Roku TV models in the coming months.

Both of my TVs finally received the new software update; however, none of the new features, such as Smart Picture and Backdrops, came with it. Why?

Your release notes literally say backdrop is available on the pro series TV, what the **bleep**

"Note: Backdrops will be available on Roku TV models in the coming months followed by streaming players at a later date."

Don't expect Roku to ever do anything quickly.

Date driven software development is hard.... Engineers either earn their equity or they watch the stock drop 

This was falsely advertised to anyone who purchased the pro TV series.  Numerous reviews highlighted it's existence

Is getting ridiculous! I bought my Roku pro series TV specifically for this feature which does not exist at all. False advertising on the box and ads Lead you to believe that the feature exist. I would’ve bought the frame TV instead if I had known that this feature, our app was a lie! Very, very, very disappointed with Roku.

I think my next step is to post a YouTube video describing the false advertising my on Roku tv box as well as online promotions starting “the tv comes with backdrops already installed “

clearly a blatant lie, as I stated before, this was the very reason I purchased the Roku tv!

You should be ashamed of yourselves.  You announce a new feature in April and it's not released almost 5 months later?  What's wrong with you?  I bought my 65" Roku TV for this feature and you don't even have a release date? For shame.
