@1R, "on my Roku" is a little ambiguous.  Only Roku TVs (actual TVs) have an antenna input.  An antenna is an antenna.  "HDTV antenna" is marketing speak.  In most regions OTA broadcasts have mostly moved to the UHF band with some in the high-VHF band (old channels 7 to 13).  The number of a channel no longer corresponds to its RF frequency.  Your local channel 4 could be transmitting on what was your old UHF channel 23's frequency.  Any decent VHF/UHF antenna will work whether it states "HDTV" on the packaging or not.

Without all the gobbly **bleep** jargon, there's no difference.  Hook up the antenna and "scan for channels". Choose antenna, not cable, and the tuner in the Roku TV will find all the OTA (over the  air) broadcast channels your antenna can pick up.    However, if you choose to "display streaming channels" in the Roku settings menu, then the Antenna Channels you just scanned for might not show up - this is what's been happening to a lot of users. 

It's funny that my other 2 Smart TV's that are NOT Roku, do not have this problem and list the streaming channels after the complete listing of OTA channels.  No switcheroos or problems displaying either type together.

Did not work.  I cannot get atenna channels.

@lrcb Same here. Just turned on the TV today and all the antenna channels aren't showing.

Same here.  Working fine early this morning, but this afternoon only displayed streaming channels unless I selected the "HIDE STREAMING CHANNELS" option.

I find this very disconcerting that ROKU has taken the Liberty to change ROKU functionality that was CONTENT OF SERVICE when the ROKU television was purchased! I also finding it telling, given ROKU is preventing access to LOCAL NEWS, given the political climate. CLEARLY ROKU is acting in a manner to LIMIT OUR FREEDOM OF SPEECH AND KNOWLEDGE OF CURRENT EVENTS!!

Well, prior to this afternoon, on the ROKU TV, I had an Icon that was labeled LIVE TV, and it included ALL of the streaming and antenna stations.  On the sidebar, there was an option for LIVE TV that showed only the streaming channels.

This afternoon, both the sidebar LIVE TV and the ICON LIVE TV work the same: no local antenna stations.  If I go into settings and select to HIDE STREAMING channels, my local antenna stations appear, but I do not see the streaming channels.  So it is picking up the local antenna stations just fine.

I have rebooted the TV several times and searched for the antenna stations, again that do appear if you hide the streaming channels.

All of my other non-Roku TVs show the streaming channels just fine.  Something got updated today on the ROKU TV, and I do not like it.

I just checked, and now ALL of the local antenna stations are displayed.  It did not show any updates to the software or apps, but it is now working.  Darned if I know what happened.
