How do I downgrade tcl Rokutv software to an earlier version? 

How to downgrade tcl Roku Tv software to an older version? I download an earlier version of tcl Rokutv operating system software with a usb but when I want to install it, a message appears on the screen saying that it is impossible to go back to an earlier version of the 12.00.idition 4182-08

It not possible I just did 2 Factory restore to update system via USB via this method

It wont allow for a downgrade. guess that mean I have no choice to see if a newer build of 12os fix my issue with lines it got after 120os update
