Just got a TCL Roku TV and it's all great .. except when I try to cast from my W11 laptop to the TV .. it starts off ok, but then the video will pause and when it restarts then the audio is way behind .. retried a few times and it happens every time.
The TV is hard wired to my router and the laptop is wirelessly connected to the same router in case connectivity is a concern. fwiw, this laptop casted fine to the Samsung I just replaced.

Well another laptop casts fine, so it may have to do with my laptop whose power port is a bit janky so power may switch from battery to power cord which may be causing my issue ..
