Send them the diagnostic and hopefully it will push them to release the fix.
Do we have an expected timeline as to when the software update will be released to fix the issue?
That response was in July it is now late September. Is there going to be a fix for your expensive broken product? Because as of today there has been no fix!
I used that link and started a return/exchange form. Perhaps that will get their attention.
No it is not the TV, it is ROKU Software. testing is being done on a fix right now. escalate the issue by going to roku support as stated by another.
temp fix is
Go to Roku home screen
press HOME 5 times, UP 1 time, REWIND 2 times and FAST FORWARD 2 times. The roku will freeze for a short time and then reboot. this should help until the fix is released
I'm having the same issue with a new TV only went I watch Netflix, Disney or something like that but not on DirecTV or ps4
I'm having the same issue. Submitted a support ticket and they said it was TCL problem. Now I will submit a TCL support ticket.
It happened while watching Youtube, netflix, and the TV via antenna.

Nah, it is not an hardware issue. Insist it is a software problem and link them this discussion.
