Hisense Roku tv apps will not open
When turning on my Hisense Roku tv the apps will not open. I have unplugged it, restarted it numerous times and still nothing. Also the clock in upper right corner is not showing now either. This just happened out of the blue. Please help!

We appreciate you taking the time to reach out. We understand that you're experiencing difficulties with your app not opening on your Roku TV, and we are here to assist you.
Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:
- Clear cache and data: From the Roku home screen, navigate to Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Network connection reset. Once done (Reconnect to internet connections)
- Restart your Roku device: Go to Settings > System > Power (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step) > System restart.
