Roku telstra tv. Purchased from third party lost receipt. Options?

I purchsed a testra tv roku box in 2016. I was using the usb feature past years, I connected the ethernet and now I'm locked out.

I purchased this box from a third party retailer not telstra or roku themselves. I can't exactly recall from where. I have lost my receipt. What are my options? Can roku replace the device can telstra?

No company is going to replace a 9-year old TV. It is very far out of any kind of warranty. Plus, at that age, it is probably not supported anymore.

What do you mean by "locked out"? What were you using the "USB Feature" for? You can try factory resetting it.

In addition, I think Telstra has gone out of business, which might account for your issues as well.
