no it happen yesterday afternoon playing the game in my Xbox and suddenly the tv just cut off

Let's try to perform a complete restart of your Roku TV to restore its display. Kindly be informed that once you factory reset your Roku TV, it will remove all channels, set the Settings on default, and you will need to re-activate your Roku TV again.
Located on the back or bottom of your device, the physical Reset button is either tactile or a pinhole design that requires a straightened paper clip. Once you locate the Reset button and your Roku TV is powered on, press and hold the button firmly for about 20 seconds. There will be a display that your Roku TV has restarted,

Ok I did 20 secs but nothing happens barely see it but it’s still black screened

It seems like this is a hardware issue since the display did not appear when resetting your Roku TV. We advise you to contact your TV manufacturer and inquire further about this to be addressed. TV manufacturer provides direct support with their TV models.
