Mine is also not working. It has NEVER worked, ever since I got this brand new TV.
Note: I have a speedy internet connection.
I can manage screen mirroring, as long as it isn't video. But any video shuts it down. AirPlay never works. Screen mirroring will work on a limited basis, as long as it isn't video, whereas Airplay never works.
I never said anything about it because I thought it was a bug that would get fixed. But clearly not.

If you are unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times and provide us with this ID)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
Once we have this information, we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate Roku team to investigate further.

try to go to airplay on different devices but AirPlay on tv doesn’t seem to come on to connect to. Went to settings - apple airplay & HomeKit - just goes to airplay screen but does not allow to connect. No signal from tv to any devices even after turning our devices on and off. This is all after factory reset and unplugging for over an hour.

Can you please specify the issue you are experiencing? When you try to use Airplay, what happens on screen?
