They dont help & they often dont reply to questions posted here. They tell you to contact the tv maker - mine is Insignia. My screen has vertical lines over 3/4 of the screen - I have spent all of f today - Father’s Day - searching & googling & following all kinds of consumer-posted suggestions. There is I signia or ROKU support after 9pm central time or on wknds - cause no one uses their TV’s on nights or weekends, I guess. We are all screaming here - not streaming. Screaming.
