I am having this issue with a TV at one of my Airbnb’s I have about 50 of these, so I hope it does not happen on more TV’s. The factory reset is not fixing it. I reset it. It asks me to setup the network, it updates, then back to the same loop.

I have this issue on many different Roku tvs we own at rental properties…
disabling guest mode via the app and rebooting the tvs seems to have solved the issue for now but afraid to out back into guest mode..
Has an update to fix this issue been released yet so we can use guest mode again???
Need guest mode working again….

This same thing happened to me on Friday as well. The factory reset has worked on about 10 other TVs. This time I have one stuck in the update/reboot loop. Cannot get out of it. Have you had any luck?
I have tried the reboot four times unsuccessfully.

This worked for me on two different tv's. A TCL and Westinghouse. One positive note, I did it from 2 states away from the app.
