- Check if the issue happened to other Roku devices (If available)
- When does this issue happen?
- Did you receive a software update before you experienced the issue?
In the meantime, try to System restart the Roku device:
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart
