Thanks for letting us know about having an issue with the sound after an update. We'd like to know more about this.
Could you please confirm which specific channel you are having this issue with? Is this happening to other channels as well? Also, could you please send us a video for reference?
You may download the video via Google Drive and share it with us through DM. To send it, kindly select my username, view Profile, and on the right side of the page, select Send this user a private message.
In the meantime, you may try changing the sound mode on your streaming device:
- Start streaming or playing your content
- Press Star (*) on your Roku remote
- Select Advanced Sound Settings or Sound settings
- Choose your sound mode or change your sound settings
